Our practice offers extended hours, walk-ins, Saturday appointments and same-day appointments. Whether it’s your annual check-up, managing your medications, or an urgent issue, our providers will give you the quality care you deserve. As a family operated primary care office, we truly value family first.

Are you currently accepting new patients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. We offer this for new patients:
✓ Same-day appointments
✓ Walk-ins
✓ Saturday appointments
✓ Next day appointments
I don’t have insurance, how much will my visit cost?
For new patients the cost of a visit is $225 for new patients and $175 for established patients. Virtual visits are a flat rate of $110 for new and established patients. **Note: The cost of these visits do not include lab work. Separate pricing applies.
How often should I have a comprehensive physical?
The providers at First Lithonia Medical Center highly encourage our patients to complete a comprehensive physical once a year. Most insurances offer a FREE annual physical. This is a health benefit that is 100% covered, so why not take advantage of it?
